其实,答案不必那么极端。
根据《中国皮肤清洁指南》建议:一般情况下,每隔2到3天洗一次就好。 Relevant guidelines suggest that bathing every two to three days is generally sufficient under normal circumstances.
过度洗澡可能会导致干、痒、湿疹。去掉皮肤天然油脂可能造成干燥瘙痒;屏障受损则容易起湿疹;热水长时间泡澡有“低温烫伤”的风险。
洗澡频繁不一定会更健康,“越洗越痒”可能是皮肤在抗议。 Showering shouldn't be treated as a duty, but as something to balance with the skin's needs. Over-washing can strip natural oils, causing dryness, itching and even eczema.
所以,冬天洗澡也有方法可循。掌握几个小技巧,就能既温暖又安全。
① 水别太烫,皮肤不是火锅。 38至40℃刚刚好,温暖又舒适。再“烫点”,皮肤油脂直接下岗。 Warm water of about 38–40 C is recommended, as excessively hot water can damage the skin's protective barrier. ② 沐浴露要温和,不要香到上头。 建议使用弱酸性沐浴露。药皂、香皂这种“猛男型清洁”,请远离。 Mild, weakly acidic cleansers are preferable to harsh or heavily fragranced products, and vigorous scrubbing is discouraged to avoid harming the skin's defense layer. ③ 搓澡适可而止,别搓出一身“静电火花”。 你搓掉的不只是“泥”,还有皮肤的防护层。 Bath time is best kept to around 5 to 10 minutes, since soaking for more than 15 minutes may increase irritation. ④ 洗澡时间别超一首歌。 5至10分钟刚好,超过15分钟,皮肤就开始泡“emo”了。 洗完别赖着玩手机,尽快保湿,能锁住近50%的水分。 Moisturizing promptly afterwards also helps lock in hydration. 记得根据自己的身体状况、出汗量和环境来决定洗澡频率,别被“干净焦虑”绑架啦!
